As a part of EGEE-III NA3 activities, a one day user-oriented training event has been organized by SCL at the Institute of Physics Belgrade on November 18, 2008. The aim of the training was to provide users with basics of Linux, Grid computing, and gLite services. The participants are also given introduction to EGEE-III, and an overview of SEE-GRID-SCI project and AEGIS activities. AEGIS05-ETFBG visits SCL

SEE-GRID-SCI and AEGIS colleagues from the School of Electrical Engineering of the University of Belgrade (AEGIS05-ETFBG) visited SCL. Information about Grid infrastructure projects and gLite 3.1 installation issues were exchanged. SCL's Dusan Vudragovic provided support for solving several configuration problems encountered at AEGIS05-ETFBG Grid site.
