Famous and traditional EGEE conferences which in the past gathered world-wide Grid communities are replaced by the EGI Technical Forum in the new, EGI era. Although the name of the meeting and the official organizer have changed, the spirit and atmosphere remained the same. Numerous participants, demos, posters and various exhibitions once again proved an inexhaustible source of ideas, thoughts, and visions within the Grid community. In addition, EGI Technical Forum served an important role as a bridge in key exchange of ideas between main European stakeholders in the development of distributed research infrastructures, such as EGI-InSPIRE, PRACE-1IP, STRATOS, EMI etc.
SCL's Antun Balaz and Dusan Vudragovic shared their experience in the development of National Grid Infrastructures with other participants at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, The Nederlands from 14 to 17 September 2010. In addition to numerous technical sessions, they participated in poster sessions presenting the current status of the Serbian National Grid Infrastructure (NGI_AEGIS).
